AccountedFor

Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Round Table Strategy LLC (“we”, “us”), the company that makes Accounted For (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What Accounted For is

A personal budgeting tool. You enter your income and expenses, and it turns them into one weekly number, a bill calendar, benchmarks and projections. The Service is free right now. If we ever add paid features, you will see the price before you pay for anything.

Not financial advice. The numbers, benchmarks, projections and life insurance estimates are math on what you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or insurance advice. Talk to a licensed professional before making big decisions.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. Use a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and let us know right away if you think someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not use the Service to:

  • break the law or violate someone else's rights;
  • upload malicious code or anything harmful;
  • try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
  • overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;
  • scrape or harvest data, or resell the Service without our permission.

4. Your content is yours

You own everything you put into Accounted For. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. You are responsible for what you upload, including any images. You can delete your account and all of your data anytime from Settings. Our Privacy page explains what we collect and how.

5. Our stuff

The Service, its design and its code belong to Round Table Strategy LLC. You may not copy, sell or redistribute it.

6. Other services

We rely on a few outside providers to run the Service (listed on the Privacy page). If you choose to connect something of your own, like a Google Sheet, your use of that service is also covered by its own terms.

7. Changes, and ending the Service

We may change, pause or stop offering the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you like.

8. Provided as-is

We work hard on Accounted For, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or right for your situation. Double-check anything important.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Round Table Strategy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Round Table Strategy LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and costs arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.
